as she swore in 1953 on her coronation Oath to "Govern us according to OUR Laws and Customs", she has since broken her Oath to us her subjects

does this mean that a Sworn Court Oath can also Legally be broken by telling lies?, after all a sworn Oath is a sworn Oath
